Data deletion instructions
Last updated: 2026-04-10. This page explains how to request deletion or disconnect data processed through Agent I (the "Service"), operated by Arenix Ltd..
1. Contact us to delete your account and organization data
To request deletion of your user account, organization(s) you own, and associated data we store (subject to legal retention requirements), email support@arenix.info from the address associated with your account. Include your organization or business name so we can verify the request. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
2. Remove the app from Facebook or Instagram settings
You can disconnect our app from your Meta account on your phone or on the web (Facebook or Instagram → Settings → Apps and websites, or equivalent). Meta then notifies us; we clear stored Messenger/Instagram channel tokens for organizations linked to that Meta user when we can match the account. You will still need to email us (section 1) if you want full deletion of your dashboard account or message history.
3. Disconnect Meta / Instagram / WhatsApp in the dashboard
If you use connected messaging channels, you can remove our access to those channels without deleting your whole account: sign in to the Service, open Settings → Channels, and use the controls there to disconnect Meta (Messenger/Instagram) or WhatsApp. That stops new data from those channels from flowing into the Service; we may retain historical conversation data according to our Privacy Policy until you request broader deletion (see section 1).
4. In-product account deletion (where shown)
In some situations the Service may offer an in-app option to delete your account (for example when your subscription has ended). If you see that option, you may use it to start the same kind of removal described above. If you are unsure, use the email in section 1.
5. Third-party platforms (Meta, Google, Stripe, Clerk)
Disconnecting a channel in our dashboard does not automatically delete your data on Meta, Google, Stripe, or our authentication provider. You may also manage data and apps in those providers' own account settings. What we process is described in the Privacy Policy.
